Shipping Information
Orders shipped via UPS ground service will generally arrive in 7-14 business days. For even faster delivery, we offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3rd Day Select Air. We ship on business days (Monday through Friday).
Unfortunately we are unable to ship anywhere outside of the United States at this time. We are working on making this a future possibility and look forward to shipping outside of the U.S. in the future.
Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 business days are eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, immediately contact our customer service department at 1-888-251-4166 or email at service@mikesboxes.com.
Tracking your Package
You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. If your order ships via UPS, you will receive a tracking number in your ship confirmation email. If your order is shipped via USPS, or another carrier, you will receive a ship confirmation email, but you will need to contact customer service to track your package.
Backordered Items
If you have an item on backorder, you can substitute or cancel at any time. Your items placed on backorder will not be billed until the items are shipped All backorders ship via standard shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
We will contact you to correct the shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
